Quote request privacy notice

Effective September 20, 2026.

Information you submit

The quote form collects your name, phone number, vehicle and service details, pickup and destination, preferred language, and optional photos. Heavy-duty requests also collect vehicle configuration and load details. Do not submit payment information, identification documents or unrelated personal information.

How it is used

Metro uses the information to assess the request, contact you, coordinate an appropriate provider and maintain the service record. Necessary details may be shared with the local provider assessing or performing your requested service and with the website’s hosting and notification services.

Photos and request records

Request records and photos are stored on the website’s hosted infrastructure. Photos are not placed in a public gallery. Access to the request inbox is restricted. Do not include anything in a photo that you do not want used to assess the job.

Website technology

This version does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting systems may process network and security logs. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated form submissions. Private preview access may require the hosting platform’s sign-in.

Questions or removal requests

Contact Metro using the business contact page to request access, correction or removal of information you submitted. Quote information is not used to sign you up for unrelated marketing.
