Metro Auto Rescue coordinates service through qualified independent local providers matched to the vehicle and job. Physical towing and roadside work is performed by those providers.
How much will the service cost?
The quote depends on your location, destination, vehicle, condition, access and equipment needed. You receive the price for the agreed job before you authorize it. If the situation changes, any additional work or price must be discussed before proceeding.
How soon can someone arrive?
Provider availability, traffic, location and equipment affect timing. Ask for the current estimate when calling. A quote request does not guarantee availability or dispatch.
What if I am on the Turnpike or Parkway?
